Our private offices are customized, with open wide spaces, and more than just a structure made of glass. For individuals or teams of 2–10 people that desire privacy and personalization along with all the advantages of a coworking environment, offices are fantastic. You can decorate them whatever you like even if we don't do the decorating for you (see our FAQs below for more information). We provide sit/stand desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, trash cans, drywall, lock-and-key entry, lovely storefronts, and lots of legroom in our private offices.

To ensure that their dedicated office spaces are secure and adaptable, we work closely with our private office members on a daily basis. It's more crucial than ever to find tranquilly at work, so we've designed special, remote-friendly layouts to make it easier. Private Office FAQs

Here's the DL on the specifics of our private office membership.

Our traditional membership model is month to month. However, for private offices, we do offer options around 6-month or 12-month commitments to ensure you get to keep your new dedicated space as long as you need it.

Parking and its price varies location to location, but we do all that we can to keep it as affordable (but mostly as free) as possible. Most of our locations offer free parking, whether at meters or in covered garages. Our more urban spaces, like Downtown spaces, require either a parking add-on or paid parking according to preference.

Any friend of yours is a friend of ours! Your guests are free to join you for meetings in our conference rooms. If a friend or colleague wants to come work for a full day, all they’ll need is a day pass!

We take pride in the fact that our members can make their private offices their own. Feel free to move around desks, remove desks if you want to (this wouldn’t change the cost of the office), bring in soft seating, throw in accents like rugs or lamps, or hang photos on the wall! We do not, however, allow private office walls to be painted. Happy customizing!

Yes! Our private office members get total access to our shared areas of our coworking spaces. If you need to escape the office for a little or switch up scenery, head over to the shared area of your choice!

Want to start the morning in Deep Ellum and end the day in Addison? Doing business between Austin and Dallas? Your access card is just the ticket you need! As a member, you have complete freedom to move location to location as you desire! Access cards vary by location, so be sure to ask your CM about the entry system of a different space before you go (especially on weekends). You can use our app to RSVP to events or book conference rooms at other spaces.

Short answer: No, please don’t. That would be paradise though, wouldn’t it? You can’t sleep here, unfortunately. As of now, everyone (staff included) has to be out by the last hour of access of your space! Before you accidentally trip an alarm, be sure to take note of your location’s access hours before pulling a late night work sesh.
